To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每次都想一次過食哂個區我 bookmark 好嘅野，呢日去 cafe 前試試呢間車仔麵店先 ☺️☺️招牌鮮煎韭菜餃8隻 $40大家都知深水埗有幾多間出名嘅餃子店，但呢間鋪嘅韭菜餃完全唔輸蝕！！咬落去個刻有驚喜，好juicy！！💦💦而且個餃子皮嘅厚度啱啱好，煎得超香脆！個餡又唔會太鹹，夠哂韭味 😋 絕對值得就咁入嚟食個餃子 🤤 爆漿阿華田西多士 $33其實我係為左呢個多士而黎！！幾年前係澳門馬慶康食完佢地個阿華田西多脆脆之後一直念念不忘，好記得佢個甜西多中間係芝士夾心但味道超夾！！！超級想食多次但又遲遲都未去到 😭而聚來呢款雖然賣相不錯又係熱辣辣整出嚟但面頭牛油都無舊 🥲爆漿個汁略嫌有啲淡麵包唔夠厚同鬆軟。整體上都好淡。下次黎唔會再叫真係好掛住馬慶康 😭😭😭3餸車仔麵 $44叫左豬頸肉 豬紅 手打魚肉，不覺不失，無話特別驚艷食車仔麵最爽就係可以瘋狂落辣菜甫配料同埋辣椒油呢度枱面就無得比你自由落。

大家都知深水埗有幾多間出名嘅餃子店，
但呢間鋪嘅韭菜餃完全唔輸蝕！！
咬落去個刻有驚喜，好juicy！！💦💦
而且個餃子皮嘅厚度啱啱好，煎得超香脆！
個餡又唔會太鹹，夠哂韭味 😋
絕對值得就咁入嚟食個餃子 🤤
