這間餃子店,一路都好想去食,可是幾次想去長沙灣總店食都係遇著佢星期六休息。我唯有轉目的地,去佢哋太子新開的分店。估唔到太子分店以淺灰水泥x木系簡約風設計,不看餐牌一定會以為係日式咖啡店😂煎餃 (HK$50/10隻).我揀咗2款餃子口味 — 洋蔥薯仔牛肉餃 & 南瓜忌廉雞肉餃.等咗10分鐘左右就食得啦,整體真係皮薄、脆口、爆汁多餡.洋蔥薯仔牛肉餃 — 呢個煎得好香脆,牛肉比較淺色 (可能是半肥瘦牛肉吧),多薯仔粒,洋蔥粒好甜呀.南瓜忌廉雞肉餃 — 呢款嗰餃子皮好似不一様,煎得比較軟身啲,好軟滑的南瓜忌廉,雞肉也好滑呀醉雞 (HK$50).好有份量的一份醉雞,多件雞髀肉😍.酒香,不過食落個酒味不太濃,可以食到雞的鮮甜原味道.我覺得雞肉比較結實、多骨一啲
