To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 新裝修後嘅客家好棧 ，裝修後感覺乾淨，整潔了，同屋企人去呢到食晚飯，叫左個柚子骨，份量就唔算係好多嘅，不過勝在好入味同送飯，香口之餘又帶有點酸，開胃啊。魚香茄子煲，基本上千遍一律，控制咸同油的比例好緊要，呢次尚算OK啦，另外條蒸蒼魚就略嫌蒸得耐左，感覺肉質冇咁滑，但調味好好，最後就係一碟口水雞，呢個真係要贊下，個辣味非常適中，雞肉又滑，可以話係非常值得推介的一味送。
