早排入咗九龍城,到訪過一家頗出色嘅居酒屋小店,嘆咗多款日式串燒。食友睇過小弟嘅食評之後,就推介我試試另一家主打串燒嘅小店,大讚佢哋嘅串燒多元化,款式多,難得定價相宜,故此,今晚就約咗舊同學嚟到「燒烤堂」旺角店嘆串燒,並分享死佬兄弟所遇到財務嘅煩惱事。食友教路,最好訂位,因為餐廳屬小店模式,地方真喺唔大,裝修簡約,其次,佢哋嘅人氣又真喺幾高企。我哋閒日晚7:00pm到,好似無乜客,但一到7:30pm過後,已近乎座無虛席,況且,食得串燒都唔喺快上快落嘅模式,如果無訂位就嚟會有啲風險啫。正所謂「麻雀雖小,但五藏俱全」,底面兩頁A4紙點菜紙一次過貼出嚟,就會睇到選擇非常之多,有唔同配搭,詳細就唔再多講,自己睇睇就清楚晒。飲品就晌另一個餐牌度,有唔少酒類飲品,我同老友都唔好,所以,就只影咗啱飲嗰一頁。然而,睇點菜紙,有個週年優惠,生啤買一送一,鍾意生啤嘅朋友就啱晒喇。鹹檸七 $22、可樂 $12食串燒,最襯都喺汽水、啤酒,當然,冰涼嘅梳打亦好,而小弟就揀鹹檸七,原個鹹檸檬,無欺場,鹹鹹酸酸,又夠晒凍,爽住嘆啲串燒。檸蜜牛油包 $18雖然喺食串燒,但見呢款嘢都幾得意,貪過癮點一客試試。原來喺一片硬

檸蜜牛油包 $18

雖然喺食串燒,但見呢款嘢都幾得意,貪過癮點一客試試。原來喺一片硬豬,烘脆後,放上大片牛油,再淋上檸蜜,估唔到效果幾好喎,外皮煙韌帶脆,包心軟熟,味道香甜滲出少少檸檬清香味。

原諗住呢碟嘢會幾好食,日本蕃薯本身已經喺好嘢嚟,以牛油、蜜糖整,不過,唔知點形容,喺咪整好擺耐咗,定喺啲牛油整腍晒啲蕃薯條?香就香,亦好有蕃薯甜味,但有種過氣油炸鬼嘅感覺,腍腍韌韌咁。同埋以呢個定價而言,個人覺得份量感覺似乎有啲少啫。

雞皮墨魚滑 $38

既喺店家嘅得意之作,亦喺人氣之選,而且,我都覺得咁嘅配搭好有創意。其實一客都唔喺好多,賣相比預期嘅普通,不過,又真喺幾得,外層嘅雞皮燒到好脆口,卻又無乜油脂,中間嘅墨魚滑又爽口、又彈牙,不失人氣之名。

汁燒魷魚鬚 $22、海苔黑豚肉鵪鶉蛋 $26

再嚟一碟起孖,魷魚鬚搭黑豚肉鵪鶉蛋,由於啲魷魚鬚已經醬醃過,所以,食起嚟比較惹味,但質感軟得嚟有啲韌啫;而後者,我哋都覺得好正,因為搵黑豚肉包住啲鵪鶉蛋嚟燒,令啲鵪鶉蛋入口唔會好乾,卻又有鹹香味。

燒軟骨免治雞肉捧(付月見) $30

呢個喺我專登點嚟俾老友試,因為,配上日本雞蛋,效果喺唔同啲,兼又安全啲。件免治雞肉捧混入雞軟骨,食起嚟有陣鬆化感,但又不時有啲脆脆爽爽嘅感覺,口感富層次,沾滿蛋漿,添多一份柔滑細膩嘅蛋香味。

呢一道就喺朋友好想食嘅菜式,一份都有唔少件豬頸肉,好泰式風味。我就幾鍾意佢哋燒到啲豬頸肉有份炭火香,口感爽爽哋,沾滿泰式嘅酸酸辣辣醬汁,惹味到極,伴三幾片青瓜嚟爽吓口就仲好。

雖然我哋唔喺大食之人,但臨尾搵個飯打打底,有啲飯氣落肚,感覺好似實在啲。一道鰻魚炒飯,老實講,鰻魚就唔喺覺好多,碎濕濕有啲咁啦,但炒飯就做得唔錯,飯粒分明又爽身,做足基本。

沖繩黑糖燒菠蘿 $18

上次晌居酒屋,就以一道燒沖繩菠蘿作結,今次都差唔多,不過菠蘿唔喺嚟自沖繩,只喺用上沖繩嘅黑糖,做成一層薄薄嘅焦糖晌菠蘿表面,咬落有層「脆皮」嘅感覺,然而,就算菠蘿唔喺沖繩貨色,都算得上清甜多汁。

試過之後,大部分食物確喺有質素,以串燒店嚟講,都抵食,招呼好唔錯,位四眼嘅哥仔有禮貌,同佢追單都無迤我,唯一喺呢度人手唔多,高峰時間又多串燒出,咩都急唔嚟。人生都喺咁,有啲嘢急唔嚟,慾速則不達,解決問題要現實啲,逐步逐步嚟,無得急。
