一入黎已經比牆上既字句吸引住。仔細睇,原來菜色配合中式的菜譜、日式的仔細和嚴謹、法式的低溫慢煮法。店內報置簡潔,帶點浪漫。係個好地方慶祝我的假期開始。酸梅醬蒸排骨,店員會事先問你的口味(濃/淡)而製作,可見細心之處。排骨唔韌,酸梅醬適中,辣辣地。送飯一流。煎焗青根魚,煎完再焗的做法,魚唔會太過乾,魚質不錯,唔會太鬆散。紹菜炆蝦米,入面有粉絲。每啖粉絲同紹菜都滲入左蝦米獨有香味。白飯不得不提,由泰國絲苗米,台灣九號米和中國東北米而成,軟熟,黏黏地。乳鴿夠入味,但唔會太過濃,味道調較得適中。肉質唔會過淋,也都唔會太嚡口。店員仲提供手套,而免雙手有油。重點:鮑魚撈飯,鮑魚汁好濃郁,鮑魚同冬菇好淋,加埋心型飯。各款菜都係送飯一流,仔細之作。菜款式多係家常小菜,主打冇味精,食到家既感覺,店員又細心。另外值得一讚,雖然廁所係餐廳後門,但異常地乾淨。提提大家,如果想去食,要預先book枱。
