諗起食海鮮但唔想去咁遠, 腦海閃起呢一間菜館裝飾有老香港情懷, 牆場有電視, 多一種享受餐牌有主打海鮮類, 最受歡迎嘅蟹粥當然有另有其他小菜類供應, 各式其色為海鮮而黎, 睇下呢個餐牌有咩推介先........................將龍躉起肉配埋西芹蒜頭一齊炒就成為呢味蒜香炒龍躉球 ($148), 未食已經聞到好香蒜味魚肉嫩滑, 魚皮帶點煙韌, 若果再厚切返少少就仲好!金榜醬蟹煲 (另配法包) ($298), 用煲上可以食到尾都保持到熱度; 金榜醬味道有D複雜,有辣椒(但唔算辣),薑,香茅,椰汁等,感覺幾東南亞,味道又似星加坡的喇唦湯底。 成隻蟹"浸淫"於橙紅色醬汁裏, 蟹件斬至大細適中, 連蟹鉗都預先拍一拍, 食起上黎都容易少許蟹蓋唔算有太多膏, 但都幾滋味蟹肉結實飽滿, 味道鮮甜, 食得出係新鮮貨色有咁惹味嘅醬汁, 最岩配法包呢類"索汁尤物", 可惜法包未夠脆身, 但索汁程度仍然強勁!咁好味嘅汁就唔好浪費, 叫多碗白飯先............(哈..哈..)清蒸鮑魚就食得多, 今次轉轉新口味, 炸至金黃色香噴噴就係呢客風沙鮮鮑魚 ($48/隻), 鮑魚披上金黃色戰衣香脆
