本人都幾鐘意食餃,北方餃子源既餃子算中上,分別幫襯過筲箕灣呢間同銅鑼灣分店,可能灣仔總店人流夠多,d 餃係最新鮮有肉汁,而且煮既時間岩岩好,唔會話外皮太生或煮到爆餡。好,講番呢間,質素都ok,通常上餐速度都好快。鮮蝦韮菜餃十隻,要煮唔煎,五十蚊左右每粒都一定有隻蝦拍青瓜。其實個青瓜無咩特別,新鮮就得,最正係個汁!呢個汁,如果叫手撕雞都會有。味道有d 似豆板醬加豉油同醋,配料有蒜,辣椒,芫荽,蔥。總之甜甜地辣辣地,撈咩都好味!肉燥冷麵。食左先記得影。雖然d 麵係室溫,但由於個醬係熱既,所以完全無冷麵透心涼既效果。店員放低時見上面有煙,以為黎錯。麵質唔錯,有少少彈性添。呢餐百三蚊到啦。呢到係餃子唔會輸,但煮先好味!以餃子黎講都算多選擇,例如有茴香牛肉,京蔥羊肉。店仔細細,仲有樓上
