To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

忽然好想食辣。當諗到譚仔要行好遠就灰了。Openrice見到德福二期六樓有。再者啲同學嘈到聽唔到miss講嘢。咁不如走吧。墨丸胡辣湯底米線大辣+ 麻辣涼拌汁豬脷第一次食煳辣湯底。有種胡椒粉味，又有孜然粉嗰種苦味。嘴唇有種小麻痺既感覺，不過好快無。食到中段我覺得佢唔辣/唔夠辣，偏咸，開始用涼拌汁撈米線食。我嗌咗大辣，都無需飲水。失望程度好似屯門公路咁長。麻辣涼拌汁豬脷。好彩有個汁拯救我。可惜豬脷個質地好似腩肉。心諗，早知叫返皮蛋。呢個故事教訓我，唔好學人試新野。。

第一次食煳辣湯底。
有種胡椒粉味，又有孜然粉嗰種苦味。嘴唇有種小麻痺既感覺，不過好快無。
食到中段我覺得佢唔辣/唔夠辣，偏咸，開始用涼拌汁撈米線食。我嗌咗大辣，都無需飲水。失望程度好似屯門公路咁長。

麻辣涼拌汁豬脷。
好彩有個汁拯救我。
可惜豬脷個質地好似腩肉。
心諗，早知叫返皮蛋。
