To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自「煳麻湯魚爽肚」米線推出後成為人氣食品，搞到我心思思要試吓😝 入到餐廳坐低就叫咗呢碗米線，再加呢個配料「芥末魚籽鱈魚滑豆卜」，都係全新推出㗎！店員將我碗米線送上嘅時候已經聞到陣陣嘅煳麻味。除咗口罩後嗰陣香味更加強烈😆😆 譚仔三哥獨創煳麻湯底，將煳麻及麻辣特色湯底結合埋一齊而成。辛香麻辣集於一身，令麻辣味道更加有層次感。魚爽肚口感滑溜又爽口，配埋湯底一齊食堅惹味。「芥末魚籽鱈魚滑豆卜」將芥末魚籽鱈魚滑釀入豆卜之中，每粒都漲卜卜😍放入湯底後索晒啲湯底先食，越食越上癮😋供應期有限，想食就要快啲喇😀 如果唔食煳麻湯嘅話可以轉其他湯底㗎。
