To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前小弟見到好多高手推薦呢間熊拉麵的文章,心捻一定要試一次。今日終於的起心肝去試一試。招牌熊拉麵小弟估計熊拉麵主打"貴精不貴多"的策略,所以拉麵款式唔算多。對第一次幫襯而又唔知點揀的小弟黎講,呢碗廚師發板的拉麵都算唔錯。湯底濃而唔會死咸,溏心蛋更加系高質。但系麵同叉燒的份量較少(小弟應該嗌超級版拉麵),而且麵唔算太掛湯。揾機會再試的話,會看看其他款式,另外會問定可唔可以加麵底作為人稱佐敦名物之一的拉麵店,可能系小弟唔太識揀,錯過一D真系值得推薦的款式,小弟暫時唔太有信心,話邊種拉麵或者食物值得一試。但系,住油尖旺而又未試過呢間的高手們,可以試一試,然後講下邊D款項值得推介

招牌熊拉麵


小弟估計熊拉麵主打"貴精不貴多"的策略,所以拉麵款式唔算多。
對第一次幫襯而又唔知點揀的小弟黎講,呢碗廚師發板的拉麵都算唔錯。湯底濃而唔會死咸,溏心蛋更加系高質。但系麵同叉燒的份量較少(小弟應該嗌超級版拉麵
),而且麵唔算太掛湯。
揾機會再試的話,會看看其他款式,另外會問定可唔可以加麵底

作為人稱佐敦名物之一的拉麵店,可能系小弟唔太識揀,錯過一D真系值得推薦的款式,小弟暫時唔太有信心,話邊種拉麵或者食物值得一試。
