To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

放工想食拉麵，就揀咗係銅鑼灣登龍街既豚王。平日夜晚7點去都差唔多滿座，開咗咁耐依然咁受歡迎。我哋兩個人嗌咗2碗拉麵、1個小食，超級飽😋😋翠王想試呢款特別口味，果然無失望。個湯底加咗芝士同羅勒葉，好香橄欖油既味道，濃郁得嚟又唔會好油膩，係其他拉麵店食唔到味道。千祈唔好俾個綠色嚇親，一定要試試！赤王鍾意食辣既人必定會嗌呢個。個湯底加咗秘製既香辣醬汁，越食越胃口，嫌唔夠辣可以再加唐辛醬。不得不提拉麵既腩肉好嫩滑，而且有成4、5塊，份量十足！我地仲叫咗豚王餃子王同柚子富士山汽水。餃子正常發揮，薑味都幾重。十分推介個柚子汽水，唔會太甜又香柚子味。
