Restaurant: 傷心酸辣粉 (裕景坊)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. OT到好夜先返到屋企,本想食譚x,但十點就收門,食唔切,老麥又食左好多晚,諗起傷心酸辣粉,上次好夜都有得食,上開飯睇睇,十一點先收門,啱哂,即刻行過去先。打個電話返屋企,原來母親大人都係叮左啲舊飯食,咁不如一齊去食下啦,星期五輕鬆一下。叫了皇牌二人餐,同舊年一樣無加價仲係($118),抵食喎。睇一睇餐牌,都係揀番食開個幾味。涼拌海帶絲,海帶絲軟身爽口,無潺,辣中帶酸,很合口味。麻辣肚絲,肚絲有咬口,帶小小麻油香,下層放了少許青瓜絲,賣相靚啲外,青瓜絲青爽都好好味。口水雞,比上次食份量少了,無加價只好減份量?!雞依舊嫩滑,辣油,麻油,再加了別的調味料,味道複雜很好吃。傷心酸辣粉,例牌要食一碗,要了bb辣,呢個辣度夠了,湯底酸酸的,小小辣,很對胃。紅薯粉彈牙,看似很少,但越食越多,哈哈,好神奇的紅薯粉。加了$7要了椰汁,很香甜,解辣一流。不用加一。
