廚師發辦而家開到成行成市,今次選擇到武館係因為見到佢地好多平時食唔到既食材,同埋刺身夠厚又多種類。餐廳位於奧運隔離,博文街晚上亦都非常熱鬧同多酒吧,而武館都好易搵,地鐵行過黎唔駛四分鐘。今次食左二十一道菜,非常滿足,足足道都係心機之作。其中最深印象有熟成金目鯛名及大吞拿魚腩。武館所做既係極短時間既熟成,令魚味變得濃縮但又不失魚本身既口感,亦無過份太搶既發酵味道,絕不簡單。而今次四月食時令食材亦有睇頭,平貝巨型爽甜,岩蠔大隻但唔 Creamy,關池魚夠新鮮厚切醬油唔點都一流。暫時只有一個餐 $1500,物超所值。
