去長沙灣間韓式燒肉店,聞到陣肉味,開始覺得自己去咗美食天堂咁主角肉肉們嚟到之前,已經有前菜提供,有啲芽菜、泡菜、醃青瓜同醃菜,大份又爽口。仲有提供定豆瓣醬、蒜片同椒片,醬汁味道都好獨特之前都食過熟成肉,但用海鹽牛油熟成嘅方法真係聞所未聞熟成咗七日嘅豬五花,有專人幫我地去咗包住豬肉嘅牛油層,然後成嚿放上爐度燒燒好後先就咁食試吓,熟成一星期嘅味道,令豬肉嘅香氣放大,肥肉更加爽脆,令成嚿肉更有層次。點醬加蒜片椒片,更上一層樓食燒鰻魚都唔使北上啦,呢度都有新鮮厚切嘅鰻魚肉每邊燒夠幾分鐘,每嚿剪開一半食,超級爽口,爽到呢,同日本嗰種係兩回事如果想再脆邊啲,都可以燒耐少少,一樣勁爽,同時好脆身除咗豬五花,梅頭肉都有熟成,仲要熟成咗26日,表面會比較乾身,一放上燒爐燒,油汁瞬間解鎖,呢個時間快啲剪碎隻菇,吸盡豬嘅月巴精華燒到咁上下,又變返較乾身,但放入口,肉香縈繞不斷,油香滿滿食咗豬同魚,燒肉點都要嗌吓牛,原來牛都有五花,好肥美吓,仲醃咗韓式醬汁燒嘅時間唔使咁長,已經爆香,鹹鹹甜甜勁香牛味日式燒肉會飲啤酒,韓式燒肉就要飲燒酒喇,星空Sparkling都未試過,都幾易入口同好香甜,同肉味好夾
