同朋友去旺角食最近紅爆既日式燒牛,好新鮮既體驗!去到旺角呢間牛太郎係食石燒牛,最近熱爆食法!有自助位任添飯,沙律、牛湯。其實佢都仲有好多嘢可以燒,牛脷、鯖魚,豬同雞都有,不過最主打既係牛。牛有牛肩肉眼、澳洲肉眼、西冷牛柳,和牛,每款都可以揀大中細,最大份400克,中size 300克如果想好似食板餐咁,唔食飯中size都夠曬飽!我同朋友揀咗一份300克西冷,一份300克牛柳。塊石板上枱自己燒,感覺好刺激,自己變左大廚咁。肉本身好厚身好多汁!塊板熱度好高,好驚食得慢的話牛會太熟,成個過程就係快快手切一塊,立即熟完四邊就放入口!幾成熟由自己決定,牛夠嫩口又香濃,自己揀。西冷肉汁豐富,餐廳挑選嘅扒都十分高質,大大嚿,食肉獸志愛!
