尖沙咀海防道的熟食中心竟然有間日式外賣店,店子細細,但選擇卻十分多,價錢仲要幾抵食。老世還會主動介紹餐廳的推介,他們有很多自家製的菜式及醬汁,連壽司酢都是自家調配的赤酢,混入壽司飯中,令米飯更芳香。玉子,$14 兩件,見到玉子是一層層的,是師傅自己燒的,香甜鬆軟又扎實,不是冷藏玉子般死實。自選海鮮卷物中,選了吉烈海蝦卷,紫菜飯卷中有忌廉芝士,青瓜,牛油果及沙律醬,還有十多款的自選卷物面配料,我選了蒲燒鰻魚($78),連醬汁都可以自選,我選了他們自家製的芥辣沙律。卷物賣相吸引,大件足料,配搭口感豐富。汁燒牛仔三支骨飯($78), 飯餸分開,乾淨企理。這個用了自家秘製醬汁來炆煮牛仔骨六小時,所以肉質軟淋,相當入味,甜甜的醬汁很好下飯。黯然銷魂燒叉燒配稻庭烏冬($65), 叉燒亦是用秘製醬汁自家燒製,味道香甜,燒得不乾身。湯底是豚骨湯,另加$3 要了自家製的四川重慶麻辣,麻辣醬是分開上,客人可以因應自己喜好來添加。加了麻辣醬令湯底多一份麻香,跟豚骨湯出奇地配合。稻庭烏冬份量多,幼滑又掛湯。
