To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

熟食中心嘅沙牛麵

嚟到西灣熟食中心嘅頂樓（2/F），會一會出名嘅沙爹牛肉麵。環境同普通嘅熟食中心無乜分別，都係幾間舖頭啲位連住搵返舖頭前面啲凳坐就得。自己揀位坐低之後睇餐牌落單，朝早10點左右去食無乜人，落單之後等咗幾分鐘就有嘢食嚟。凍奶茶，$8（跟餐價）。外表吸引，飲落正正常常，無話特別出色，但照叫都唔會中伏，想飲嘢嘅話我覺得可以照叫。沙嗲牛肉麵，$35，最common冇加其他配料。牛肉數量都有6-7舊，肉質唔會話霉霉爛爛，或者有鬆肉粉嘅感覺。麵質都係普通軟硬嘅程度，硬返啲會比夠好。最驚喜係個湯，沙爹同花生醬味都好濃。
