To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

基本上去最多客食的一檔，經驗話我知失敗率低。見餐牌有個黑椒濕炒牛肉米粉，咁得意，外面好少見黑椒濕炒。同侍應話要呢個，再問是否煎米底，會否多油。佢話煎米實多油，咁我就要炒米底算了。一上枱，有霸氣！牛肉勁多，茨汁勁實，一陣芽菜和炒米粉香。馬上拮兩舊帶汁牛肉食，汁略甜微黑椒味，又近似沙爹味，但同牛肉又好夾。牛肉不韌，又唔會重食粉味。炒米香，配菜都炒得香。整體成碟，在外面少見少食到，有特色。跟凍飲$55，絕對翻食，但後來得悉沙爹牛才是網紅食物！
