To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

知道這間餐廳的奶茶得過冠軍、一直也很想來試試、但因地點關係、一直到最近才有機會來一試。看完餐牌後、叫了一個下午茶餐、食物包括金菇肉絲炒麵和熱奶茶。金菇肉絲炒麵 - 肉絲新鮮、很有肉味、份量也很足夠；炒麵微微有點過火、好在唔會太、麵炒得好脆；最可惜是個獻太多、如可以分開上、自已喜歡落幾多就幾多、應該會更加吸引。熱奶茶 - 茶味比想象中淡、奶味偏多、好在也飲得出茶味、總括來說、也是出色的、但不是我自已最喜歡的奶茶、如有機會經過附近、也會再來飲的。
