朋友生日一齊相約旺角食嘢 支持小店嘅我哋今日試咗間日本嘢 。貪個呀姐夠熱情。我地散叫左。先黎三文魚手卷,細細卷,一口一卷,三文魚輕輕放在飯面,食完。再黎炸物,沙𩺬天婦羅,炸蠔和龍田炸雞。沙𩺬魚味夠,又唔會太油膩。炸物最最最重要就係小小脆內裡要夠汁,咁就正啦。原隻軟殼蟹,其實都估到就炸,無諗過原只上,分開5舊,再砌番成一隻咁靚仔。燒物,鹽燒雞中翼,真燒物,唔係炸野扮燒野。主食 鰻魚飯,細版,個鰻魚細到得人驚。卷物叫左太極卷同 火龍燒。二個都出色,味道一流。一卷分四舊大大舊。日本野無得唔食壽司,我地叫左新式野,鵝肝壽司,鵝肝外脆內軟,鵝肝大大舊,用料十足。最重要都係個飯,溝得比例都幾好,完全唔會過酸,舊壽司飯一口一舊,一流。下次再食過,我未食到刺身呀。
