To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日工作實在太忙,連午餐都冇時間食。晏晝做完嘢,非常之肚餓,唯有喳喳林去大家樂食個下午茶。睇完個餐牌之後,就揀咗西多拼炸髀。嘢飲方面,要咗杯熱齋啡。由於係下午茶嘅關係,食物嘅份量唔算好大,西多剩係得半舊,濃濃嘅蛋漿包住查咗花生醬嘅麵包落去炸,點埋糖漿同埋牛油,以茶餐廳嘅質素黎計,只能說是一般般。至於炸脾方面,真心說,炸得有點過火。但係size來講,十分之滿意,唔係好似一般茶餐廳cut咗一半咁,而係成隻落去炸。雖然雞髀揸得有啲過火,但係雞肉就真係調味調得唔錯,唯一有啲失望嘅係肉質有啲雪味。嘢飲方面,買咗杯熱齋啡,睇住佢即刻喺咖啡機即磨出嚟,非常唔錯。整體來講,成個餐$45 ,只能說不過不失。
