To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 陶淵明係大文人,源出世簇隱田間,酒與詩文他靈魂,家傳不貪米五斗。<<陶源酒家>>這個名字已相識二十載,它擁有輝煌菜式多的是,而記憶所及是鮑魚。這款名貴食材,由它帶到一般平民的餐桌上。今天它發展更為廣泛,港式點心質料好,是打工仔午餐的好幫手。❛笋尖鮮蝦餃❜ 的賣相並不可愛,表面呈現不到應有摺叠的數量,所以無法吸引我的視線,只能盡快放進咀裏品嚐。嘩!有油香和蝦香,也有細細小小的笋尖粒,算是十足懷舊蝦餃風格。❛芋角❜ 外表非常有大師傅的手藝,絲絲鬆散如被静電帶動的頭髮,生長在芋角的頂部。當我年幼時,每次小心翼翼地食晒此絲,才享用整個芋角。而它的肉餡也令我喜歡,有小丁方肉粒及冬菇,汁醬恰巧黏貼着它們,没有影響圓圓的内壁。溫馨提示:酒家位置在工廠區,早啲或遲啲才有着數,唔會擠迫。
