To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我是熱狗控，途經大家樂，看到下午茶時段有熱狗茶餐供應，立即光顧。點了一個熱狗茶餐，除了熱狗，還有楓樹糖雞翼和飲品（我選了可樂）。以往也食過大家樂的熱狗，有時有多種口味可供選擇，例如田園口味、墨西哥辣肉醬口味等，這次只有一款口味，沒有選擇，也沒有註明是什麼口味，不過見是熱狗，我沒多問便買了。領取茶餐後，吃一口，原來是泡菜口味，覺得這口味沒以前的那麼好吃，幸好雞翼十分好吃。這大家樂從入口看不很大，原來內裏座位也不少。
