To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

午餐不飽,便到此飲下午茶,叫了個咖喱角下午茶餐,咖喱角新鮮熱辣炸出,夠香夠脆,不過都幾油.薯條是早已炸好的,只得暖意,不夠熱!同事左選,右選下午茶餐,全部都是煎炸食物,惟有選了唯一一個的熱狗下午茶餐,怎知食了少許就放棄,說麵包不夠新鮮,早知食其它食物便不用浪費!兩個人埋單$36,在中環來說是便宜.
