To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日因為出完街,到晚飯時間唔係太肚餓,所以去咗金記食少少嘢就返歸。朋友點咗個邪惡既炸雞脾配沙律,雞脾炸得啱啱好,表面冇燶而且雞皮都幾脆。雖然冇乜調味,但有啖啖肉同肉汁,雞脾既size都算大。煎豬扒配沙律,豬扒好淋,又鎖住肉汁,表面加咗層類似蜜糖加生抽既汁,又鹹又甜,同雞脾一樣好味!兩碟都係熱辣辣咁送過來,絕對係加分位,唯一係沙律既醬太多,如果可以減少或另上會更好。最後轉配雪糕紅豆冰,份量就啱啱好!
