To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 經過見到這間越南餐廳有很多人等位,這天中午就來試試。雖然附近沒有甚麼越南餐廳選擇,但是看看餐牌食物選擇都幾多,對我來說每一款都很吸引,令我糾結了一會才決定到吃甚麼呢。最後我跟隔離檯點了一樣的海鮮喇沙($62)。喇沙湯表面的紅油比想像中多,樣子好像很刺激的似,但當我嘗試推開紅油飲一啖,卻是一個帶少辣的椰香湯底,入口順滑,麵食吸收了椰香更吸引。椰汁濃只有少辣,這種味道是大眾很容易接受的那種;若你想吃到喇沙香料味更突出的,這裡未必是你的選擇。碗裡面的配料也有不少。原隻蝦大大隻,肉質爽口又有蝦味,並不是一般吃到味道很木很有雪氣味的那種,有驚喜。其他配料還有魚片、魷魚、札肉、豆卜、豆角等等,算是幾豐富的,吸收湯底很惹味,表現不錯。雖然附近只有這間越南餐廳,但是味道也不馬虎,難怪那麼受歡迎呢。加一服務費後大約$70,但看這樣我覺得性價比正常,但若跟我在附近吃過索價$90喇沙相較,我覺得這裡還不錯。本身打算點炒粉絲,希望下次來到可以嚐嚐
