週二晚約咗靚女喺老蘭跳開年舞,派對前就簡單喺附近新開間「Steak Bar」度食晚餐。兩層高嘅餐廳地下層樓底極高,用上嘅吊燈頗為時尚,氣氛唔錯。不過喺蘭桂坊立足,相信最殺食就係有個酒吧。埋位後,除咗餐牌之外,好客嘅姐姐仔先送上兩杯暖水。餐牌圖文並茂,十分清晰。可能區內酒客大多為外國人,故點菜紙都有齊中英文版。吉列炸牛扒($188):二人各自都要咗客包有前菜、沙律、同白飯嘅「吉列炸牛扒」套餐。前菜為白滑幼嫩,清香惹味嘅凍麻醬豆腐。沙律清爽醒胃。大大碗白飯熱辣辣、香噴噴,飯粒飽滿之餘,面層更舖滿紫菜芝麻碎「振り掛け」,實滋味無窮!吉列炸牛扒連同燒爐上,食客邊燒邊食,確保入口時新鮮熱辣。鐵架上一、兩成熟嘅厚身牛扒炸得十分金黃。燒爐上已擺有牛油喺面,貴客可慢慢續件將炸牛扒燒至八、九成熟。吉列炸牛扒香脆得黎極之鬆化,牛肉鬆軟柔潤且肉汁豐厚,可口味佳。雞軟骨餃子($45):餃子外表雖未及吉列炸牛扒般金黃,但入口即覺外皮巧薄,餃子由外脆到入心,點上甜甜嘅秘汁則加添惹味。「Steak Bar」蘭桂坊新分店多咗個酒吧,環境明顯比之前間面積闊落舒適。年輕嘅服務生友善好客,招牌吉列炸牛扒及雞軟骨餃子質高美味
