今晚去到九龍灣淘大附近搵嘢食,黎到呢間餐廳食日式釜飯,叫左金魂蒲燒釜飯(最厚肉)($118)、汁燒牛肉釜($58)、黑松露玉子燒($18)同焦糖番薯( $28)。哩個金魂蒲燒釜飯,鰻魚好厚身肥美兼大件,內有魚脂,食落啖啖肉,配埋鰻魚汁、荷蘭豆、粟米、冬菇、蘿蔔、雞蛋絲等配料,送飯一流!飯用左珍珠飯,由於用咗特殊嘅不鏽鋼兜,可以保持熱度,食到最後一啖嘅時候,飯都唔會凍~哩個汁燒牛肉釜,牛肉整到半生熟,肉質軟,用左蒜蓉、黑椒等調味,製成飯汁,非常之惹味!(筆者認為味道類似Pxppxx Lxxxh😂)配有半隻蛋同荷蘭豆、粟米、冬菇、蘿蔔、雞蛋絲等配料,性價比高,推薦!黑松露玉子燒,黑松露味香,玉子燒帶點微甜,配搭起嚟好食!焦糖番薯,熱辣辣嘅番薯本身已經好甜好好食,再配搭埋焦糖,sweetness combo~
