差不多每次來大埔便來品嚐,每次都係叫熱豆腐花,因為凍食豆腐花不太滑。熱食的加畺汁糖水更加好味,豆腐花滑豆味足。這些懷情懷味道已經少有。老舖買少見少夏天吃熱的可能未必能接受,但在陰涼地方吃別有風味
