To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六同朋友行葵涌廣場,行街之餘當然要掃下街大家最愛既環節上左頂樓開始行,大家都想飲珍珠奶茶,行行下見到呢間無乜人,而且之前聽過呢間但未飲過,聽說不錯,我們一於就試下。由於無乜人,買完都好快有得飲。包裝都係密實,唔知入面d珍珠點呢?我叫左個熱既鐵觀音珍珠奶茶,朋友就叫左凍既鐵觀音珍珠奶茶,大家都少甜。熱既比凍茶味濃好多!飲得出茶既味道,唔係單單得個甜同奶味,幾岩我,唔會好甜。珍珠都粒粒熟同彈牙既。反而朋友既凍差距好大飲落無乜茶味,得個甜字,佢既顏色唔係啡啡地,係奶白色真係馬馬
