來到這間酒樓感覺古典,以古色古香的屏風來分隔每一張檯,很有私隱,在疫情下感覺食得放心。點了尖椒釀九肚魚,廚師先把九肚魚去骨後釀入尖椒裡再用麵粉黏上後炸脆,香口爽脆;金沙炸魚皮,熱辣辣卜卜脆;水煮牛肉,菜中牛肉片嫩滑有嚼感,配了大豆芽丶 芫茜丶蒜子丶黃芽白等等, 這碟菜麻辣味重,香味濃郁,又有咬感,果真是特色傳統四川名菜譜之一。砂鍋沙薑雞, 皮爽肉嫩,味道香濃,肥而不膩,有嚼勁;上湯浸莧菜,蒜子炸至金黃色, 味道清甜,這道菜既健康又美味。富貴炒飯, 以海鮮為主混合蛋白一起炒,不油膩,很惹味呵! 最後送上生磨芝麻糊作甜品。其實每碟菜端出來時也熱騰騰值得一讚。
