係酷熱天氣警告下嘅星期日,食brunch當然係最好不過嘅節目。今日,我同一班朋友去左中環嘅Cupping Room,估唔到1130am黎到,都要等到12pm先有得食,呢間餐廳嘅人氣確實幾高。我地點左Full Brekky、Avocado on Toast with Poached Egg同埋Egg Benedict with Smoked Salmon。Full Brekky:以$118呢個價錢,食物總類還可以:有麵包、煙肉、腸仔、蕃茄仔同蛋。片麵包炸過,所以好油;煙肉、腸仔亦好油;太陽蛋煎得幾好,唔會太生或太熟,蛋黃仲係流心。Avocado on Toast with Poached Egg:牛油果份量多,已成熟;但Poached Egg較細隻。同樣,麵包炸過,好油。Egg Benedict with Smoked Salmon:佢並非經典嘅Egg Benedict,以English Muffin做底,而係用炸過嘅麵包,雖然幾配合,但我都係覺得太油。Hollandaise sauce嘅蛋黃味幾濃郁,唔錯。加上西柚同橙作點綴,幾新鮮👍🏻
