這家深受歡迎的西班牙菜,朋友說最少要一至兩星期前預訂,即使是閒日去也非常熱鬧,不少人都是兩三位朋友來聚餐。前菜以外,餐牌以素食、海鮮及肉食作分類,簡單易明。牛油生菜配雞心豆蓉沙律咁味道清新;西班牙青椒及鬆軟creamy 的傳統粟米餅賣相平平無奇,卻令人吃不停口。八爪魚薯仔軟腍入味;侍應即席將生蠔剪開再鋪在牛肉他他上桌,鮮味十足!見人人都點烤牛肋肉,也點來一試,3款醬汁色彩鮮艷,牛肋肉滲出濃濃的炭燒味,質感如牛腩爽口。乳鴿西班牙飯可說是全晚驚喜,點了細份,肉質細嫩,額外加了鵝肝,香濃滋味令人回味!甜品sangria燴梨不算是我杯茶,芝士蛋糕卻是my favorite,下次可以encore!
