To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 七月五日 (星期四)七月是老公仔的地獄期,工作真的忙得不可開交是晚就特地找他一起吃晚飯,待他吃完後再回去繼續工作行過大興,想起它的燒味,就走了進去不過,面前只是一堆賣剩的燒味,令人頓時興趣大感即時轉軚,點了個豆腐班腩煲一個六十多元的豆腐班腩煲,價錢拍得住大酒樓的價格唯一好處是即叫即製,來枱時熱騰騰!先說班腩,炸粉過厚,欠了魚肉口感魚味本身也不太鮮,整體份量也少煲內有大量的枝竹及豆腐兩者都很入味,算是搶回一點分數不過整體仍覺非常一般晚飯時段,轉餐(只有白飯和無味熱湯各一碗)索價十九元轉餐需接近廿元,似乎不太合理!性檟比,今次真的不合格!

不過整體仍覺非常一般

晚飯時段,轉餐(只有白飯和無味熱湯各一碗)索價十九元

轉餐需接近廿元,似乎不太合理!
