呢間酒樓已經喺香港12年喇! 佢地嘅菜式都得過獎㗎, 尤其係燒味就更加係出色, 但我今次嚟呢度,就冇食到佢哋嘅招牌燒乳豬,但食咗以下嘅食物 :金牌拆肉泥鯭粥豉汁蒸魚雲蒜蓉白菜仔黑毛豬叉燒佢哋嘅泥鯭粥,我每次嚟呢間酒樓食都會食,因為佢哋嘅泥鯭粥都好味好,唔會腥,粥底夠綿。 豉汁蒸魚雲味道適中唔會太濃味,配埋佢個蒜蓉白菜仔就啱啱好喇。 當然佢哋個黑毛豬叉燒更加頂呱啦! 因為佢哋出名燒味嘛!半肥瘦適中味道,濃淡適中!

佢哋嘅泥鯭粥,我每次嚟呢間酒樓食都會食,因為佢哋嘅泥鯭粥都好味好,唔會腥,粥底夠綿。 豉汁蒸魚雲味道適中唔會太濃味,配埋佢個蒜蓉白菜仔就啱啱好喇。 當然佢哋個黑毛豬叉燒更加頂呱啦! 因為佢哋出名燒味嘛!半肥瘦適中味道,濃淡適中!
