To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日LUNCH落好大雨呀，過唔到灣仔食LUNCH，跟住同事話食美心CANTEEN!!其實超唔想，又唔好食又貴又難搵位。但係因為落雨都冇得揀啦，去到已經好多人排緊隊買餐。好不容易等到個4人位，跟住去買餐，好在佢出左啲自助機，自助機通常都冇咩人用，所以好快都買到餐。揀左個全城最平既餐，就係燒味單拼，可轉瀨粉，冇野飲$41，都真係貴貴地，不過拎左餐之發覺都冇想像中咁HEA，碟雞仲幾靚仔。鹽香雞瀨粉 $41雞都好大碟下，有10件8件，而且雞肉好嫩滑，又唔會好油，鹽香雞個鹽都唔算太咸，算係好好既燒味。至於瀨粉個份量就唔算好多，食完一陣風咁，如果要飽一定要叫返飯。但係個清湯都幾好味，唔會係清水咁，仲食左朋友幾舊叉燒，叉燒都係好味既，半肥瘦，仲好軟林林，未到入口即溶，但係好易咀嚼，而且個蜜汁味好正。
