燒味都係香港既特色食物之一,所以見到新開燒味食肆我哋都會湊下熱鬧幫襯下.見到灣仔有間新開咗一排既燒味餐廳叫”黃金燒味”個名好特別就入咗去食吓。我自己叫咗叉燒燒肉瀬粉,嚟到佢分開咗上,我自己都比較鍾意lee種做法.因為燒肉皮唔會浸到”淋”晒或者冇晒味.試下個瀬粉發覺原來佢個湯係放咗D藥材落去做湯底,有D似淡味肉骨茶,但我同事唔係咁鐘意藥材味,我自己都接受到所以就冇所謂,但都講聲俾大家知.講返叉燒都好琳好蜜汁都ok.燒肉不過不失,可以一試
