一個月總要帶媽子出街食返餐,扮下孝順嘅。令次就帶佢黎響呢度等佢任食一番,最緊要係有佢最鐘意嘅靚牛肉任燒。本身訂左枱,但提早上到黎都要等一陣先有得入席,可見呢度幾咁旺場。等位時順便睇下有咩甜品食,MOVENPICK任食,雪糕都有幾款仲有少見嘅榴槤雪糕。另一邊有幾個自製芝士餅/布甸及朱古力餅等,一陣可以食返兩件。一坐低伙計即刻送上海鮮併盤,睇落十分豪華。有鮑魚/海螺/大海蝦/蠔以及成日俾人誤會係大眼雞嘅喜之次。雖然唔係得令時節但放題食到喜之次都算係咁了。燒嘅時候加啲清酒去煮,除左令海鮮更快熟之外,酒香亦可以僻去海鮮嘅腥味,一舉兩得。刺身拼盤仲有一板海膽,認真豐富。三文魚同油甘魚都肥美滑嫩,帶子及甜蝦都新鮮可口。可惜係吞拿魚有啲筋失左少少色。和牛拼盤隨即趕到,唔同部位都標示清楚,方便食完第一ROUND之後揀選心水牛肉部位繼續食盡佢。牛肉油花都均勻,肉眼及牛胸腹因為油花間隔得最均勻,燒時唔需要太留意火候。兩邊燒差不多三十多秒就剛好半熟,入口口感最好,肉汁仍然豐富有油香味。兩款西冷/肋骨都偏瘦肉多,燒到七成熟會更好,肉香味濃唔需要沾太多燒肉醬汁就已經好好食了。牛舌厚切所以食起上黎口感十分滿足,加

燒烤點可以無自細鐘意食嘅雞翼?所以都揀左啲雞翼/單骨雞肉腸黎燒,過下口癮。
