店員可以先給予是日海鮮盤予客戶選擇,今日餐廳有新鮮粒貝、北寄貝、帆立貝及赤貝,我就揀左同帆立貝及赤貝。我見到隻鮑魚仲動下動下。貝類相對其他海鮮味道更重,適合我呢D重口味人士。又叫貝刺身,又叫燒貝,一次過滿足我不同既願望。赤貝刺身。橙紅外表、色澤亮麗新鮮。肉質爽脆、口感比一般刺身特別。海鮮味香甜濃郁,有點像吃刺身蝦的味道。赤蝦刺身。味道濃郁,個蝦頭仲可以拎去炸或整湯。有D餐廳唔會炸蝦頭就要扣分。清酒燒帆立貝。怕吃刺生的朋友也可以吃出他的新鲜鲜味,用清酒燒可以減輕一點的海鮮腥味,清酒與海鮮永遠也是可以很好配搭的。黑松露燒帆立貝。原本黑松露跟帆立貝也可以配合得很好,黑松露香味足,配合帆立貝的鮮味及質感,將帆立貝帶上另一個層次。燒生蠔。好有海水味,半生熟又唔會燒得太亁身,同刺生生蠔帶出一種風味。
