第一次幫襯,星期五怕人多,訂早場,1645上到話可開波。職員安排坐蝦缸邊,工作人員問黎過都?未,佢細心講點燒會安全啲,幾細心。入坐每人一串厚切鰻魚(好食)。行個圈睇吓有咩食?有好多串燒串(無只食三兩串,味道還可),海鮮種類就不少,雖然都係冰鮮,但睇落唔錯,又有一啲小食,估唔到竟有街邊滷水尤魚豬利生肥,幾攪野但間野重點遊水大頭蝦,望吓個缸啲蝦都算大隻,落手捉幾隻試吓,燒好入口,多膏彈牙,蝦種問題,所以蝦味唔特別重。(燒左兩個幾鐘,唔見加個蝦,所以缸內剩抵啲蝦幾細隻)。再試幾重冰鮮,燒鮑魚生蠔黃魚,幾好,食左唔少蟹就差啲,唔彈霉霉地。要讚係職幾細,一見攞鮑魚,就過來幫剪開,話鮑魚內臟內自爆,所有幫剪開總括黎講,4舊可以燒150分鐘海鮮(冰鮮),算抵食。會再來
