之前來過幾趟都係以食燒物為主,幾乎次次都係叫嗰幾款熱門嘅肉,今次再仔細睇下Menu,先發現原來熟食選擇都唔少,同埋嘢飲都幾吸引,所以今次除左食燒物外,反而更想試試其他嘢。本人向來係無湯不歡嘅,餐餐都要有湯佐飯,所以揀咗個大醬湯。其實喺韓國大醬湯嘅地位就好似日本嘅味增湯,味道相近但稍辣而濃厚。好多人鍾意飯後先飲湯,我係鍾意跟住飯菜一邊飲一邊食。佢嘅味道係溫醇嘅豆醬味後隱隱透出少少辣味,入面有好多豆腐、雜菜等等,佐飯一流。另外見到十枱有九枱都叫左呢個宮廷冷麵,我哋又點可以唔湊下熱鬧呢?我諗大部份人都係畀佢嘅特別煙霧效果所吸引,咁又係嘅,真係好特別好震撼嘅視覺效果,食物味道偏清淡,食得燒肉多之後食返啖清清口腔同腸胃都係相當之唔錯。記得之前睇過Do姐做嘅一個旅遊節目,出面尖嘅佢喺入面都狂讚韓國嘅醬油蟹,我都知呢樣美食係韓國勁出名,講真我就大鄉里真係未食過,見到呢度有,即管試下係乜東東先。平時出街好少會叫蟹食,唔方便食丫嘛,呢個醬油蟹又幾易食喎!朋友話有唔少人嫌棄活生生嘅蟹感覺唔衞生,又怕有蟲,驚食左會肚痛,但只要攞出勇氣試第一啖,保證會返唔到轉頭。聽佢講到咁勁,我就膽粗粗試下啦!韓國醬肉質黏糯
