烤肉是香港人近年特別喜歡的其中一種食法,無論鐵板烤肉、日式烤肉、韓式烤肉、網燒等等,都好受歡迎。位於銅鑼灣登龍街《燒肉酒場》有特色嘅成吉思汗烤肉,源自日本北海道。烤爐上洋蔥京蔥蘑菇圍邊,燒一段時間索滿肉汁勁香口。桂花烏龍水果茶~味道清新,食燒肉解一解熱氣。和牛西冷(120g)~和牛特色,含脂量特別高,入口即溶,勁多肉汁。橫膈肌~口感比較強,肉味香濃,兩面各燒十多秒就食得。蝦夷蔥羊卷肉~肥美的羊賣相吸引,羊肉騷味同捲住嘅葱都好夾。炭燒雞腿肉~唔係度度有得食,黑蚊蚊嘅炭汁沾滿每件雞肉,烤熟的雞肉都非常嫩滑。原條日本魷魚~先把整條魷魚放上烤爐,大概六七成熟捲起嘅時候剪開再燒多一會,時間剛剛好,烤得香口一啲都唔韌。韓式石煱牛肉飯~加入韓式辣醬撈勻,雞蛋香口,波菜夠滑,芽菜夠爽,牛肉滋味,仲有少少飯焦夠脆口。
