較早前從雜誌中得知橘焱胡同燒肉夜食係香港開業, 一直也想揾時間去試下, 早前終於有機會去食燒肉. 款式有牛, 豬, 雞和海鮮. 愛食牛肉的我, 一口氣選了幾款牛, 包括角切牛舌, 和牛翼板肉, 橫膈膜和牛五花. 再加一款豬, 就係梅花豚肩排. 每一位客人面前也有蒽粒, 洋蒽和檸檬汁, 點了這個可以減去油膩感覺. 各款燒肉逐一上枱. 角切牛舌. 和牛翼板肉. 橫膈膜. 牛五花. 梅花豚肩排. 整過燒肉過程全部由店員幫客人燒, 所以一定燒得好好. 客人坐定定便可以. 即使我食全熟, 所有的肉質也相當鬆軟和稔身, 完全唔會覺得乾身和硬. 單食肉有點齋, 我就鍾意同飯一齊食, 這樣會更好味. 不論就咁食或是點檸檬汁一齊食, 兩款食法各有各好. 而這五款肉當中, 我自己最鍾意食和牛翼板肉和梅花豚肩排.

即使我食全熟, 所有的肉質也相當鬆軟和稔身, 完全唔會覺得乾身和硬.

單食肉有點齋, 我就鍾意同飯一齊食, 這樣會更好味.
