雖然而家疫情嚴峻,但聖誕節點都要食返餐好獎勵吓自己,而今日就係食燒肉嘅心情,一於今日晏晝不醉無歸話明食燒肉又點可以少得一支日本酒,金紋世界鷹連續三年金貫受賞,有蘋果般嘅爽香,所以都幾易入口而我唔飲得酒嘅都係飲返啲陳皮冰糖燉檸檬化痰潤肺,滋潤咽喉烏麻醬配青瓜片夠晒開胃,為食燒肉打開一個前奏我嘅牛肉成盒果然夠晒看頭用嚟打卡真係一流左起有牛心、牛舌、美國翼板、美國牛小排、日本和牛腩、日本和牛脊峰、日本和牛三角胸小排,餐廳師傅非常耐心講解唔同牛肉嘅部分,食完呢餐之後真係長知識了,感覺係有啲似食我媽家姐我地面前會放左三隻醬汁,最左手邊既係自家製蕃茄汁,適合點內臟,而中間係柚子胡椒,適合點海鮮,最後就係我點緊既芝麻燒肉汁,配紅肉就認真冇得彈由於呢度嘅牛肉實在燒得太出色,所以我哋忍唔住加咗塊西冷添我哋仲叫咗左手邊嘅法國鵪鶉同埋右手邊嘅鰻鱺淨係用左鹽去調味口感有d似雞肉魚皮脆卜卜,好香口,但魚肉又一d都唔鞋

我地面前會放左三隻醬汁,最左手邊既係自家製蕃茄汁,適合點內臟,而中間係柚子胡椒,適合點海鮮,最後就係我點緊既芝麻燒肉汁,配紅肉就認真冇得彈
由於呢度嘅牛肉實在燒得太出色,所以我哋忍唔住加咗塊西冷添
