To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同事LastDay，老細又請食嘢🌸我哋lunchtime時間有限同事揀咗呢間燒肉嘅外賣喺外賣平台，便當可以揀兩款、三款或四款肉另外飯可以揀紫菜飯/芝麻飯飯量仲有得選擇：150g/ 200g/ 300g便當包咗一碗紫菜湯同泡菜因為我唔食牛，牛肉以外嘅選擇就係雞同豬我呢個便當係兩款肉：雞腿肉+豬五花揀咗紫菜飯200g，加配多隻溫泉蛋肉嘅份量比想像中少🙈雞腿肉只有幾粒，豬五花大約三片雖然份量少，但味道唔錯，彌補返嗰份空虛感便當提供埋燒肉汁，鐘意重口味就非常適合不過唔點汁都已經好夠味👍🏻最後將溫泉蛋倒落紫菜飯，好治療😌佢慢慢滑落再爆開，同飯撈埋食好夾總結💭💭肉嘅味道唔錯，不過大食如我🙈兩款肉同200g飯有啲唔夠喉後來發現肉原來可以重覆叫同一款多過一次所以如果下次再叫佢哋嘅外賣可能會加多個雞腿肉🍗另外同事叫咗橫膈膜，話好好食食牛嘅朋友仔，可以點吓呢款🥩
