To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

出名排長龍的燒肉店，最好係下午2:30後去咁就唔使排隊，兼且即刻可以入座。店內裝修簡潔，一人一爐一個座位。枱上有四款不同款醬汁，及黑胡椒鹽及海鹽選擇， 十分之方便。自助手機落單俾錢。套餐價錢都係$80左右，有飯有湯有沙律，仲有200 g的肉。當然，想食好啲的話，亦都有比較貴的套餐選擇及單點。叫咗一個$80的牛五花套餐，牛肉的份量也不少，仲有一個300 g的飯。另外加咗100 g的牛板腱$65。牛板腱的肉燒起上來沒有牛五花的香。這樣嘅價錢，份量，一人一燒肉，算係不錯了，並沒有什麼服務可言，侍應只是幫你將牛肉放上枱。價錢質素也是中上之選，所以也是日日排長龍的原因之一。
