餐廳喺日本採購珮姿爈,有恆温嘅作用,燒肉1分鐘左右就熟,燒起上嚟嘅肉入口即溶,點少少抽子醋就冇咁油膩。前菜喺日本安曇野豆腐沙律,清清哋有少少麻醬吊味,味道輕盈清新。小食鮮蝦天婦羅,鮮味十足,外脆內軟!嚟得燒肉店,當然要叫店舖的名聲遠播嘅「牛魔再現」套餐!左邊喺美國Prime牛小排,牛肉本身較為乾身,店員幫我哋燒咗1分鐘就出晒油。如果鐘意食牛味濃郁嘅人,US Prime牛小排就啱囇其心意,牛肉放入口中滿滿油香,滿足萬分。中間喺日本產A4 和牛眼,放喺爐中心燒,比前者美國牛比較搶火,因為A4本身脂肪多要反早少少,以免燒焦。最右邊都喺美國牛,Prime牛角切稱牛扭粒,燒起上嚟四邊都平均受熱熟,側邊就睇到半生熟,出咗啲油就食得!日本產帆立貝表面鋪上黑松露醬、蒜蓉、牛油,燒完更入面,口感層次豐富。蕎麥冷麵口感酸爽,與昆布醬料相輔相成,清甜好好味,即可中燒肉的油膩感!牛肉拉麵用咗九州豬骨湯底,麵就則選用日本拉麵,質感濃香煙韌,值得一試!Peach Mock-tail喺桃味soda water,非常refreshing!
