To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚想食燒肉，但係又唔想食放題咁 heavy；所以我哋就揀咗呢間一人燒肉快餐店。店內環境都非常好，簡單乾淨舒適。 如果鍾意一人一燒烤爐，可以揀旁邊嘅座位一人爐；如果想同幾個朋友一齊燒，又可以揀一啲卡位共享一個燒烤爐，幾特別嘅餐廳設計安排。今日店員仲為我哋介紹咗兩份推介，一份係新菜式，日本運送入嚟嘅宮崎牛肉，令一份係抵食份量又多嘅壽喜燒牛肉。就咁燒然後送飯都好好味。但係如果你哋鍾意配合唔同嘅醬汁，呢度有各式各樣嘅醬汁俾你哋揀，總括整體用餐都係一個幾好嘅體驗。
