To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

屯門v city又開咗一間燒肉餐廳今次間餐廳主打日式燒肉雖然係燒肉餐廳，但係唔會覺得好大油煙味而且價錢都好相宜套餐包括左燒肉、麵豉湯、沙律或者泡菜、飯而且白飯更有size之分，岩曬女仔食小啲都得壽喜牛小排五花 200g 壽喜燒醬汁甜甜哋，食落好惹味入口濃郁香醇，溫泉玉子可令肉質更為綿滑。豬三部合奏300g包括左豬五花腩、豬頸肉、雞腿肉當中最出色竟然係豬頸肉，厚切既豬頸肉肉質爽滑爽口，很出色而雞腿肉燒完之後依然很嫩滑另外，我哋追加左牛舌50g牛舌偏向比較薄身，但入口有油香，不錯之選
