餐廳介紹說供應成吉思汗烤肉,還以為這是一間蒙古餐廳,但看到餐廳名字「燒肉酒場」和木製的和風設計後,才認識到,這是一間日式燒烤店。我們中午12點到,餐廳剛開,是第一批客人,但很快客人陸續到來,燒烤氣氛熱鬧起來。我們兩人點了兩個盛盒(拼盤),牛肉大盛$298,羊牛大盛$328,每盒有六款肉,非常「肉感」。另外還點了一客生菜和薄餅,像生菜包一樣,將肉卷來吃。牛肉大盛有六種牛肉,牛肉片、牛小排、橫膈肌、牛仔骨、牛板腱和厚牛舌,不同的厚度,不同的質感,各有千秋,可惜烹調技術不濟,有時時間控制得好的,肉超級好吃,打包有時候燒得過久,味道就有點韌。後來聽店員建議,用剪刀剪開一小塊來吃,味道就剛好,不覺得過韌。石鍋泡菜海鮮豆腐湯有驚喜!泡菜味道又辣又清新,伴帶子、魷魚、蟹柳等材料,味道層次複雜,真心好味,值得推薦。飲品餐飲點了雜果燒灼和一個柚子梳打,可以降溫,不錯。
